Our Executive Chef

Erik Mandracchia is a Montreal-based chef with a passion for authentic Italian cuisine and a true commitment to working with fresh, local ingredients. From a young age, he was inspired by the meals prepared by his grandmother, who passed on to him a deep love for simple, comforting Italian flavors. His cooking style? Traditional Italian, yet modern, simple, and full of flavor.

Throughout his career, Erik has had the opportunity to work alongside renowned chefs. He collaborated with Martin Picard at the Cabane à Sucre and the restaurant Au Pied de Cochon, with Chuck Hughes and Danny Smiles at Bremner, as well as Michele Forgione and Stefano Faita during the opening of Impasto. At just 25 years old, he became executive chef at Fiorellino, where he made a name for himself with dishes like porchetta tonnata and tomato gnocchi. In 2024, he took first place in the Neapolitan pizza category at Pizza Fest, the largest pizza-making competition in Canada.

Wednesday Pizza evenings present a wonderful opportunity to break up the week, with a selection of à la carte pizzas along with a salad bar.

 

Friday BBQ evenings are a great way to enjoy the summer weather. With a different menu each week, you’ll start with appetizers to savor in the warm ambiance of our musicians. The show continues as the Chef prepares magnificent charcoal-grilled delights. Finally, let yourself be tempted by our delicious homemade desserts.

 

Sunday Pasta evenings begin with antipasto and a shared salad, followed by a variety of pasta dishes served in the center of the table for a classic family feast.
